Tree plantation in holy pilgrimage places is considered a sacred act that brings spiritual merit, environmental balance, health benefits, and social well-being. By planting trees in Shri Dham Vrindavan, devotees not only contribute to environmental protection but also receive divine grace and long-lasting blessings.
Planting trees such as Peepal, Neem, Banyan, Tulsi, Ashok, Bael, and Mango is especially considered highly auspicious in Sanatan tradition.
Attainment of Punya (Merit):
Tree plantation is regarded as a Mahadaan, equivalent to performing multiple Yagyas. It pleases ancestors and grants liberation from sins.
